Your personal data is collected and processed by Medimage Medical Systems for the purposes described below.
As the data controller, MMS collects and processes your personal data for the management of the recruitment process.
2. Why do we collect and process your personal data?
MMS processes your personal data when you apply for a job posted on our website or when you send a spontaneous application on the site.
The purpose of processing your personal data is to manage the application and select the candidate. The processing is based on MMS's legitimate interest.
3. What types of personal data do we collect and process?
To achieve the aforementioned objectives, MMS collects and processes the following personal data :

The personal data collected is kept for a period necessary for the processing of your application, and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
5. Where are your personal data stored and who has access to it?
Your personal data is consolidated in MMS's central database, hosted in France.
Access to this database is exclusively reserved for authorized MMS employees in charge of your recruitment process, as well as MMS employees involved in the defined recruitment process.
This includes all personal data generated throughout the recruitment process.

For candidates residing within the European Union, the personal data collected is in no case transferred outside the European Union.
6. How to exercise your individual rights?
In accordance with the legislative and regulatory provisions in force relating to the protection of personal data, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation "GDPR", you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data.
